I’d been with my mobile phone provider for over 20 years. I signed up alongside my landline contract and just never thought about the annual price increase until this year. That small percentage on top of last years monthly cost suddenly looked rather expensive.
Basically, I terminated the contract and this is my new provider. I’ve saved £12 per month, they use the same network and I have an increased monthly data allowance.
Remember when it seemed so complicated to switch if you wanted to retain your number: not any more.
