YOUR BULLETPROOF SYSTEM

Can you turn off your TV and put your phone on silent?  Can you get the children to bed a little earlier or tell your partner their dinner is in the oven?

Setting up your own business will require between 8 to 10 hours every week.  You do need to make a commitment to yourself and the future you are building.

DAY 1

STEP 1

Make two lists; one for every purchase you have made in the last 7 days and the second for every service you have used, perhaps within the last 28 days as services are used less frequently.  For both lists, you need to have a column for the product or service, another for the name of company who supplied that item, another column to note your satisfaction with the product, service, or the company who provided it.  If possible, allow space for another column in which to make notes of any action you have taken or plan to take.  These lists will be an important part of your first steps building your business, so if like me, you prefer to use pen and paper, buy a hard back note book and number your pages in order to keep an index.

For all those of you accustomed to keeping all your notes in files on your ipad, phone or laptop, bear in mind the layout I suggest as this is very important, and I look forward to learning from you, how to be more efficient on my laptop.

THESE ARE A FEW SUGGESTIONS FOR YOUR LIST OF PURCHASES MADE DURING THE PREVIOUS 7 DAYS OR WHATEVER YOU CONSIDER A REALISTIC OR TYPICAL TIME PERIOD

  1. Bread

  2. Butter

  3. Cheese

  4. Wine

Etc.

  1. Disinfectant

If you keep your store receipts, this would be very helpful, but you can return to the list at any time when you remember the many places that you make purchases.
